Let me start by saying that, although they sound the same, there are MAJOR differences between the words necklace and neckless. NECKLACE is something you wear around your neck; NECKLESS is someone with a neck...yikes! Anyway, I was texting Thing 1 (I don't really know which would be which, but the one with blonde hair, let's say) because he was asking if anyone had seen his Livestrong band or sports necklace. I texted him back saying, "Sorry, no. Bummer to the neckless and the..." then I stopped and realized how dumb I looked. Luckily I caught myself before I sent it...mistakes in texting can be so awkward!
